Stepping Into Leadership: A New Year Doormat Paint Experience

 

Kick off the first Saturday of the new year with intention, creativity, and connection.

Stepping Into Leadership is a hands-on New Year workshop designed to that brings members and guests together to reflect, reset, and symbolically step into the season ahead. Through guided reflection and creative expression, participants will design custom doormats that represent the leadership, purpose, and direction they are walking into this year.

 

This afternoon experience blends creativity with conversation in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Attendees will enjoy light refreshments while connecting with one another, sharing insights, and setting the tone for a year rooted in clarity, confidence, and forward movement.

 

All materials are provided, and each participant will leave with a completed doormat to take home as a daily reminder of the leadership they are stepping into.

This event supports the Club’s operating fund and marks the beginning of our programming year, grounded in more than eight decades of leadership and collective impact.
