Welcome to Safe Space Sundays
Safe Space Sundays is a monthly virtual support group created to empower and uplift BIPOC women professionals. Led by licensed therapists, these 60-minute sessions provide a confidential and judgment-free environment where participants can share experiences, address workplace challenges, and build tools for resilience. Whether you’re navigating imposter syndrome, dealing with microaggressions, or overcoming the weight of stereotypes, this space is designed to help you find strength, healing, and community among peers who understand your journey.
The need for a space like this cannot be overstated. BIPOC women are often underrepresented in leadership roles and overburdened with workplace challenges that range from subtle biases to systemic inequities. These experiences can leave many feeling isolated and unsupported, impacting both their mental well-being and professional growth. Safe Space Sundays was created to change that narrative by offering a supportive network where participants can confront these challenges head-on with the guidance of licensed professionals and the camaraderie of peers who truly "get it."
Our objective is to create a safe and empowering environment that equips participants with actionable strategies for navigating their professional lives while prioritizing their mental health and self-care. By fostering honest dialogue, building community, and offering practical tools, Safe Space Sundays aims to inspire confidence, resilience, and lasting change in the lives of BIPOC women professionals. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this transformative experience—register below to join us for the next session! Together, we can heal, grow, and thrive.
